The Pinky Ecosystem

Two apps. One encrypted bridge. Zero knowledge.

PinkyBloom and PinkyBond are two halves of one system — designed so you and your partner can understand each other without anyone else seeing a single byte of your data.

The ecosystem

PinkyBloom

Her health + AI companion

  • Voice-first health tracking across 5 life stages
  • On-device AI assistant with 4-layer memory
  • Relationship intelligence and communication analysis
  • Controls all sharing to the partner app

PinkyBond

His context + action companion

  • Dashboard with phase, mood, and energy context
  • 60+ phase-aware gesture cards for daily actions
  • Communication Weather and relationship temperature
  • Encrypted chat with bridge messages

The Encrypted Bridge

Both apps connect through a blind relay server that passes encrypted messages it cannot read. No accounts, no phone numbers, no data on our servers. Just sealed envelopes passing between two phones.

On-device AI

The intelligence in PinkyBloom runs entirely on your iPhone’s chip. Here’s what that means for you.

Apple Intelligence

PinkyBloom uses Apple’s on-device AI models for natural language understanding, sentiment analysis, and conversation summarization. No cloud API calls.

4-layer memory

Your health data, personal profile, notable events, and session summaries form a persistent memory that helps the AI give increasingly personalized insights.

Communication analysis

Natural language processing runs locally to detect sentiment shifts, conversation topics, appreciation language, and response patterns in your chat history.

Cycle-aware context

The AI maps your communication patterns against your health data, helping you understand how hormonal shifts influence your mood and interactions.

The encrypted bridge

Pairing happens face-to-face. Communication happens through encryption only your two phones can unlock.

Face-to-face pairing

Scan QR codes in person. Curve25519 keys exchanged on-device. No server involved.

AES-256-GCM

Every message encrypted with military-grade encryption before leaving either phone.

Blind relay

Our server passes sealed envelopes. It cannot read, decrypt, or interpret any content.

Zero knowledge

We don’t have your keys. We can’t access your data. Even under court order.

What flows between the apps

Shared with your partner

Health context (cycle phase, pregnancy trimester, postpartum stage, or symptom patterns)
Mood summary (a single descriptor, not raw data)
Energy level (a simple 1–5 scale)
Approved bridge messages (you review before sending)
Encrypted chat messages

Never shared

Raw symptoms and health logs
Journal entries and AI conversations
Medical records and lab results
Voice recordings
Relationship intelligence insights
HealthKit data (HRV, heart rate, sleep)

Built as one system

PinkyBloom and PinkyBond share a common foundation: the same design language, the same encryption protocols, the same messaging layer. This means a seamless experience for both partners, built on consistent quality.

Shared components include the design system, the encrypted chat layer, the audio/video call layer, and the core networking stack. Both apps are independently maintained but architecturally unified.

Shared design system

Consistent visual language across both apps. Familiar patterns, same quality.

Shared encryption

Same Curve25519 + AES-256-GCM stack. Same security guarantees on both sides.

Shared messaging

End-to-end encrypted chat and media sharing built on the same layer.

Your data is protected, even if something goes wrong

PinkyBloom uses versioned data storage with automatic backups. If an update causes a problem, your data recovers gracefully.

Backup before every save

A backup copy is created before any write operation. If something fails, your previous data is intact.

Versioned storage

Data format includes a version number. When the app updates, your data migrates automatically.

Corruption recovery

If a file is corrupted, PinkyBloom automatically falls back to the most recent backup.

Built for trust. Designed for couples.

Two apps that work as one — so you and your partner can understand each other better, privately.
