Privacy comparison
Flo's privacy failures are set out in an FTC complaint and a federal class action: sharing menstrual data with Google, Facebook, and Flurry Analytics. Flo paid $8M to settle in 2025, admitting nothing. A California jury found Meta liable for eavesdropping.
